Placed by me ⇒ Office Manager (Accounting, HR, Admin) at Venture Capital!

Roles:

Accounting: Journal Entry to Accounting system, collecting invoices, billings, receipts for monthly accounting reporting, Bank reconciliation, Reimbursement

HR: Leave record management, preparing offer letters, confirming end of probation, Corporate Policy matters, new staff on boarding, salary payment, liaising with recruitment agent for hiring

Business Administration: Flight and hotel booking, conference call arrangement, supporting customer hosting events


Requirements:

* Having minimum 3 years of working experiences as an Accounting is must. 

* If you have experiences of HR Administrative Assistant or Business Administration would be advantage.

* Flexible and able to handle many kinds of tasks, not like only handle accounting or HR.

* Bachelor’s degree required or ACCA or equivalent

*No Employment Pass support

Salary: S$5-8K (Depend on your current pay and experience.) + Variable Bonus
