Requirements:

•  Strong analytical and quantitative skills with Microsoft Excel(average, min, max, if, sumif, pivot, filtering )skills are mandatory

• Equity Trade Execution Experience at brokers or asset management firms, Hedge Funds
• Business Level Japanese is required to handle Japan Equity trading. At least JLPT N2.

Salary: Depends on your current salary and experience and skills.

Rough Indication: S$5-7K monthly + Discretionary Bonus(Attractive!).

Job Roles:

The main role would be the admin role, you need to assist the Japanese Portfolio Managers in arranging/updating corporate meeting arrangements.

Proactively engage in administrative tasks to support the team, demonstrating a proactive and helpful attitude.  

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient office operations. 

Maintain accurate records and documentation. 

Handle ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required. 

Starting timing is around Q2 2024. 

Requirements:

1. Japanese language fluency or capabilities for effective communication is a must. (As all corporate meetings are conducted in Japanese.)

2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Requirements: 

• English Business Level for internal communication.

• 2-5 years of working experience

• Able to explain logically and numerically(Consulting firm, Finance, Planning Department, IBD, Investment Funds..)
• Experience of fixed income, FX, Rate, Derivatives Valuation would be an advantage.
