Job Roles:
The main role would be the admin role, you need to assist the Japanese Portfolio Managers in arranging/updating corporate meeting arrangements.
Proactively engage in administrative tasks to support the team, demonstrating a proactive and helpful attitude.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient office operations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Handle ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required.
Starting timing is around Q2 2024.
Requirements:
1. Japanese language fluency or capabilities for
effective communication is a must. (As all corporate meetings are conducted in Japanese.)
2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
3. Proactive attitude and willingness to take on various responsibilities.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
6. Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.

Salary: S$4.5-6K Monthly(Depends on your experience and current salary) + Variable Bonus
