Japanese Speaking ARM（Wealth Management)

Job Roles: 

Operational tasks (execution of trading and Forex transactions)
Account openings and processing client orders and the daily correspondence with clients.
Supporting to RM such as calendar management, travel arrangement, documentation handling, client meetings preparation, market transactions, payment orders, expense claim, entertainment arrangement, etc.
Research based on customers’ request (e.g. Countries, Markets, Sectors, Others)
Support for Head of Department to make strategic and other necessary documents including translation work.

 

Requirements:

• Business Level Japanese Language Skill for reading, writing, speaking, listening as well.

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in private wealth sector and serving high net-worth clients or Banking Operations, or client service.

• Strong understanding of private wealth products and services, good knowledge of investments, operational procedures and systems would be plus.

• CACS1 & 2, CMFAS M1B, M6A would be required for the job.
• NO EP/SPASS Support
  

Salary: S$5-8K (Depends on your current salary and experience) + Discretionary Bonus

Japanese Speaking Junior Analyst at Hedge Fund!

Roles: 

• Investment Research(Industrial Research, Risk Analysis, Financial Modeling, Monitoring of portfolio companies)

• Interviewing Japanese Companies
• Preparing investment reports for investors.

 

*Long term investment. 

Requirements:

• Experience of Analyst at IBD, Securities Firm, M&A, Asset Management, PE firm, Hedge Fund.
• Japanese Business Level(Able to conduct an interview in Japanese.)  /JLPTN2-N1 or equivalent 
  

*Employment Pass/Spass is not available.

Execution Trader(Japanese Speaking ) at Hedge Fund!

Role:

・Equity trade execution(placing order, trade position reconciliation), Troubleshooting during trading, Trading cost analysis, Improvement of trade execution and settlement operation flow,Other ad hoc job.

Requirement:

・Business Level Japanese Language Skill to communicate with brokers.

・More than 3 years of trading or operation experience at Investment bank, Equity Broker, Securities Firm.

・Proficient in Excel、Bloomberg (Must)

・Good to have VBA proficiency and other programming skill

・Communication skill, flexibility at office(In terms of roles).

・No Working Visa Support

Salary: Base on experience and current salary(eg. S$5-9K monthly)

On Hold ⇒ Execution Trader at Hedge Fund!

Job Role:

• Provide cash equity / equity derivatives trading services to portfolio managers
• Execute trades by following PM’s instructions
• Focus mainly on Japan Market
• Liaison with prime brokers, executing brokers, fund administrators and other counter-parties on operational matters 

※Working base on Japan Calendar

Work in Office: 5 days a week.

 

Requirements:

Must have:

·   Strong analytical and quantitative skills with Microsoft Excel(average, min, max, if, sumif, pivot, filtering )skills are mandatory

·   Japanese Language proficiency (JLPT N1) is required for internal communication

Good to have(Not Must):

·  Equity Trade Execution Experience at brokers or asset management firms, Hedge Funds

Salary: S$4-5.5K per month (Depend on your experience and current salary) + Discretionary Bonus
