you will lead and execute cross‑border M&A deals on both the sell‑side and buy‑side while supporting Japanese clients with their overseas expansion. Also, providing fundraising advice, managing cross‑border real estate transactions, developing business strategies, conducting due diligence, and assisting overseas clients entering or investing in Japan, along with other advisory and project‑related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Relevant professional experience in the advisory, investment, or related fields
- Business‑level Japanese Proficiency(To liaise with Japanese clients.)
- Experience at Big 4 accounting firms, major investment banks, or top private equity firms
- Professional qualifications such as accounting, legal, CFA, would be a plus

Salary: Depends on your experience and current salary (Approximate monthly salary range S$8K-20K) + Discretionary Bonus
