Job Roles:
Managing projects and ensure the completion,Regional Operational Risk Monitoring, Leading projects, which include resolving issues, managing vendors /resources /budgets /schedules, and prepare reports,Coordinate all processes to ensure that all tasks progress smoothly for users and developers /vendors,Communicate and negotiate with Head Office/Analyze operation processes of branches in Asian region
Requirements:
*Japanese language skill is mandatory to analyze system specification documents provided by HO and system vendors in Japan, facilitate the discussion and negotiate with them.
*4-6 years of experience in banking and an intimate knowledge of banking operations and systems infrastructure.
*Diverse knowledge of back-office operations (Remittance, Loans, Treasury, Trade, Deposit)
*Prior experience of payment systems deployment and in-depth knowledge in SWIFT and ISO20022 are preferred.
*Prior experience of operations planning, IT systems planning and control, in a managerial /leadership position in financial institution is required.
Salary：Up to S$5-6K (Depends on current salary and experience) + Discretionary Bonus
