Job Roles:
Regional Operational Risk Monitoring, Managing Operational Planning and Support, Introduce strategies to prevent, eliminate & mitigate operational risks of overseas offices, Analyze branches' operational workflow and identify potential bottlenecks and operational lapses to reduce operational errors,Participate in Branch’s evaluation through coordinating with HQ, Training – on-site, offsite and/or ad-hoc training to our overseas offices, To plan and organize Forums to upgrade the skills and knowledge of overseas offices, Assist overseas office in Pre-Audit preparation and review their operational process to confirm adequacy of internal control, Other Ad-Hoc Support, Handle overseas offices' adhoc enquiries, Review overseas offices’ application and share our analysis of any impending risks, Reporting & Analysis; compiling reports, updates, translation, Prepare consolidated report on Asia Pacific region’s Transaction Volume, Operational Errors, Strategic Operations Planning, Strengthen BCP measures of overseas offices through planning, Rollout and improve remote access operations across overseas offices
Requirements:
*Japanese
language skill is mandatory to analyze system specification documents
provided by HO and system vendors in Japan, facilitate the discussion
and negotiate with them.
*6-8 years of relevant experience at bank or financial institutes
*Diverse knowledge of back-office operations (Remittance, Loans, Treasury, Trade, Deposit)
Salary:Up to S$8-10K (Depends on current salary and experience) + Discretionary Bonus
