Role:
Market research, identify potential investors and investment opportunities.
Preparation pitch decks, other materials for capital raising.
DD, analyzing and summarizing financial data and investment performance metrics, develop and maintain financial models and forecasts. Coordinating Investor meetings and events.
Maintain investor databases and CRM systems.
Capital formation activities reports to senior team members
Development and implementation of strategies to enhance investor engagement and satisfaction.
Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
Development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Requirements:
- 1.5-2 year of experience in finance, banking, or a related field, preferably in a private equity or investment banking environment.
- Strong in Client Facing and Marketing
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Salary:
S$85K + Discretionary Bonus
