Roles:
Market Research, Company Research, Deal Sourcing, Financial Analysis, Preparing materials for clients, Work closely with Finance, Tax, Legal.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- At least 2 years of working at current employer
- Experience in M&A, Management Consulting,Corporate Planning, Business Development, Finance.
- Basic Level of Japanese(JLPT2-3), Business level would be an advantage.
- Basic accounting / finance knowledge
- Experience with valuation and able to build financial models is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft Excel
Salary: Depends on your experience and current salary.
Roughly S$5-7K + Bonus
