M&A Advisory Role!

Roles:

Market Research, Company Research, Deal Sourcing, Financial Analysis, Preparing materials for clients, Work closely with Finance, Tax, Legal.

 

Requirements: 

• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• At least 2 years of working at current employer
  
• Experience in M&A, Management Consulting,Corporate Planning, Business Development, Finance.
• Basic Level of Japanese(JLPT2-3), Business level would be an advantage. 
• Basic accounting / finance knowledge
• Experience with valuation and able to build financial models is an advantage 
• Proficient in Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft Excel 
  

 

Salary: Depends on your experience and current salary.

Roughly S$5-7K + Bonus
