Investment Role for Newly Launched VC Fund!

Key Responsibilities

• Research markets, sectors, and companies to identify investment opportunities in Southeast/South Asia and globally.
• Source deals, perform due diligence across business, financial, technology, and risk aspects, and develop investment theses.
• Build financial models for valuation and returns, manage deal pipeline, and coordinate stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Support portfolio companies with value creation initiatives, investor reporting, and internal process improvements.

Sector：fintech, insurtech, or healthtech

 

Desired Profile

• 5–8 years of experience in venture capital or related roles, preferably in fintech, insurtech, or healthtech.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with ability to form independent, data-driven investment views.
• Excellent communication skills and understanding of legal documentation, deal structures, and VC/PE processes.
• Collaborative mindset and experience in fintech/insurtech/healthtech investments or venture building is a plus.

Salary Package: 

Depends on experience and current salary. 

Approx: S$ 7-9K monthly + Discretionary Bonus

Investment Role at Venture Capital

Role Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and deal sourcing
• Evaluate investment opportunities and monitor fintech trends
• Perform due diligence on potential investments
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses for valuations and liquidity events
• Manage deal flow and maintain relationships with portfolio companies
• Assist with fund operations, including marketing, reporting, and administrative support 
• Sector：digital financial infrastructure and fintech sectors, including payments, artificial intelligence, digital assets, and cybersecurity

Requirements

• 3–10 years of professional experience, ideally gained in consulting, Big 4, or venture capital
• Solid knowledge of digital financial infrastructure and fintech sectors, including payments, artificial intelligence, digital assets, and cybersecurity
• Strong analytical and research capabilities, particularly in financial modeling and valuation analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A stable employment history

Compensation

• Salary: Dependent on current salary, experience, and skill set
• Estimated range: S$8,000–12,000 per month + discretionary bonus
