Compliance Officer Role at new set up fund management copany in Singapore!

Role Overview 
We are seeking a Compliance Officer for our newly established Singapore Fund Management Company. 

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and maintain an effective compliance framework to ensure the client meets all MAS regulatory requirements. Partner with the CEO to support and strengthen the business’s risk management framework, including identifying and mitigating key risks. Handle regulatory filings and communications with MAS, support internal compliance reviews and monitoring activities, and maintain all related compliance documentation and records.

Requirements 

A few years of experience in compliance, audit, and risk management (operations or investment management support experience is a plus).

Familiarity with MAS regulations for fund management companies, ideally with experience in MAS‑regulated fund managers in Singapore.

Strong documentation and organizational skills.

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.

Based in Singapore.

Fluent in English; Japanese proficiency is an advantage.

Salary: Open (Roughly S$150-200K )
