Closed → Fund Operation Role at Private Equity Fund!

You will be the part of the investment team and handle the team's Fund Operation 

Role.

Fund Accounting (Data entry into accounting system, Preparing monthly management accounts, Prepare draft financial statements, Liaise and respond to auditor’s questions, Preparing payments including fund distribution, Tax filing)

Fund Administration (Set up funds and manage on-boarding of investors, Liaise with a corporate secretary and necessary documentation, Maintain investors' registration and manage investors’ capital accounts, Prepare and send necessary notices to investors, Preparing and send reports to investors

Compliance (Reviewing KYC documents for investors, MAS reporting, Review and Update the company’s compliance manual, Supporting internal audit)


Requirements:
-5 to 10 year's of relevant experiences

- Able to work in a small team with entrepreneurship mind set

- Prior working experiences in audit firms, preferably experiences in auditing fund management companies

- Accounting knowledge and capability of preparing financial statements

- Knowledge or experiences in fund administration will be preferred

- Word, Excel and PPT

- Good command of written and spoken English


Salary: About S$5-7K (Depend on the experience and your current salary)The bonus is depending on the fund’s performance.
