Build and Scale Businesses: Investment Role Based in Singapore!

Roles:
This role supports Asia‑Pacific investment activities across the full lifecycle, including opportunity assessment, financial modeling and valuation, deal execution support, and post‑investment value creation, working with senior stakeholders and traveling regionally as required.

Requirements: 

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of experience in investing, corporate development, consulting, or due diligence, with strong financial modeling and cross‑border transaction experience. A long‑term, platform‑building mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to work independently are essential. Business development capabilities and deal origination potential are highly valued. Fluency in English is required (Japanese is a plus), along with a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline.

Salary: 

Monthly compensation: S$8,000–12,000 plus discretionary bonus.
Compensation is flexible and will be commensurate with experience.

Investment & Platform Associate at Venture Capital!

Main Responsibilities:

• Data & Strategy: Use data/AI to analyze portfolios, markets, and create insights
• Execution: Drive strategy and cross-border initiatives into action
• Business Development: Build partnerships across Japan, Southeast Asia, and India (incl. PoCs)
• Investment Support: Assist with deal analysis, research, and portfolio monitoring
• Investor Communication: Prepare LP reports and support fundraising activities

Requirements:

• 2–7 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
  venture capital, private equity, investment-related roles, startup business development, strategy, operations, consulting, or data-driven strategy roles.
• Strong analytical skills; experience with data or AI tools
• Able to navigate ambiguity and execute
• Strong communication skills
• Business-level English (Japanese is a plus)
