Job role:
• Daily reconciliation of positions and cash
• Monitoring, investigation and reconciliation of trade breaks and allocation errors between traders and accounts.
• Monitor and records daily exposures, P/L, NAV and identifying tracking errors with administrators.
• Liaison with prime brokers, executing brokers, fund administrators and other counterparties on operational matters
• Participation in projects, including the launch of new accounts.

Requirements:
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel (V-look up, pivot, filtering)
• 5-10years of operation experience at Hedge Fund.
• Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles is preferred, but not must

 *6-8 years of relevant experience at bank or financial institutes
*Diverse knowledge of back-office operations (Remittance, Loans, Treasury, Trade, Deposit)

Requirements:
*Japanese language skill is mandatory to analyze system specification documents provided by HO and system vendors in Japan, facilitate the discussion and negotiate with them.

 *4-6 years of experience in banking and an intimate knowledge of banking operations and systems infrastructure.

*Diverse knowledge of back-office operations (Remittance, Loans, Treasury, Trade, Deposit)

*Prior experience of payment systems deployment and in-depth knowledge in SWIFT and ISO20022 are preferred.

*Prior experience of operations planning, IT systems planning and control, in a managerial /leadership position in financial institution is required.
