Investment & Platform Associate at Venture Capital!

Main Responsibilities:

• Data & Strategy: Use data/AI to analyze portfolios, markets, and create insights
• Execution: Drive strategy and cross-border initiatives into action
• Business Development: Build partnerships across Japan, Southeast Asia, and India (incl. PoCs)
• Investment Support: Assist with deal analysis, research, and portfolio monitoring
• Investor Communication: Prepare LP reports and support fundraising activities

Requirements:

• 2–7 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
  venture capital, private equity, investment-related roles, startup business development, strategy, operations, consulting, or data-driven strategy roles.
• Strong analytical skills; experience with data or AI tools
• Able to navigate ambiguity and execute
• Strong communication skills
• Business-level English (Japanese is a plus)

Salary:  S$5-10K(Monthly) + Bonus
