Relationship Manager Opportunity at a Bank (Singapore Based/ Business Level Japanese Speaking is required)

Job Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth and deliver high-quality financial solutions through client relationship management, business development, credit risk management, deal execution, and compliance oversight. The role also involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, as well as team leadership and development.

Requirements

• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (required for communication with internal and external stakeholders)
• 5-8 years of client-facing Relationship Management experience within banking, insurance, or other financial services institutions

Note: Employment Pass sponsorship is not available. Candidates holding a DP with Work Permit eligibility may be considered.

Compensation

• Monthly salary: SGD 7,000 - 9,000 (negotiable based on experience and current compensation)
• Performance-based bonus
