Sourcing real estate investment deals in Asia Pacific (Singapore and Australia), internal credit processes, project management, mezzanine finance, asset management, submitting applications to the Japanese headquarters, internal correspondence in Japan, and other project investigations.
Requirements:
- Real estate experience and knowledge, non-recourse real estate lending, and related work experience
- Real estate experience at a financial institution, such as real estate finance at a bank or real estate investment fund management at a securities firm
- Around 10 years of experience
Salary: Depends on your experience and current salary.
Rough range is S$10,000 to 14,000 + Bonus
