Roles:
Responsibilities include preparing investor reports, managing fund risk and cash flows, supporting fund structuring, legal and regulatory documentation, financial reporting, office administration, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners such as administrators, auditors, and law firms. Other related tasks may be assigned.

Requirements:
Business‑level Japanese (JLPT N2+), needed for investor reports and communication with HQ.Experience in fund administration at FOH managers, fund administrators, Hedge Funds, PE, or VC firms.(Candidates without fund‑management experience may also be considered if they have accounting or admin experience.)Strong interpersonal and PC skills.Bachelor’s degree or higher.Knowledge or experience in fund management and accounting.No Working VISA support!
Salary: S$4-8K monthly + Bonus
